Consultancy workshop in Barcelona

EUNIS EA SIG had the honour to run a consultancy workshop on enterprise architecture hosted by CSUC (a shared services consortium for Catalan universities).
The two-day workshop took place in Barcelona (9th to 10th of March) and focused on practical implementation using the HERM  Capability model. Read the outputs here.

Key activities

Our main focus is on Capabilities” and “Interoperability” (including EDU-API). Each meeting cycle the focus point depends on the current content we can deliver. Thus avoiding meetings with old news! If you feel inspired, then suggest a subject to present from your own organisation, so the others can learn from you!

Pre-Congress meeting: 13 June 2023

On 14-16 June 2023 EUNIS organises the Annual Congress at the University of Vigo, Spain. The EUNIS EA SIG will also organise a pre-congress day on Tuesday 13 June. We have planned 2 sessions for pre-congress day:

• Morning meeting, where we would like to discuss the HERM model with CAUDIT (they will participate remotely) and UCISA.
• Afternoon session on using the business capability model in HEI management. This session is open for all EUNIS members, who are interested in this topic.

There is also a presentation about Business Capabilities, Value streams etc. and a panel discussion with experts planned during the Congress days.

How to stay tuned with EA SIG
Best way to participate in EA SIG group is to join the group and attend our monthly meetings (every month first Friday between September and May). But we offer many other ways to stay tuned (see links below).
